Barry Chambers has sent in some interesting information about Audouin’s Gulls. He says – Over the past five years or so the number of Audouin’s Gulls in the centre of Rojales, by the Segura river have increased year on year from six birds five years ago, to 20+ two years ago, to 34 birds last year, and last weekend there were at least 54 birds. The numbers reduce during December and January but start to increase from February onwards.
