On our usual route today, 18 species, indlcuding several Rollers in various places along the way, Little Owl, Bee-eater, Woodpigeon, Cuckoo, Jackdaw and Cattle Egret sitting on a fence up the pallet road. Hoopoe, Swallows, 4 Southern Grey Shrike, Moorhen, 40 plus Glossy Ibis in flight, Kestrel on the same rick as last week, Goldfinch, Green Sandpiper, Fan tailed Warbler and a Grey Heron in flight over Vistabella. A bit like Piccadilly Circus at the PFT due to all the hunters there, plus an immature Squacco Heron.
