Today we walked into Trujillo for a look round the square and the castle. It was great to see and hear all the Swifts screaming around the buildings and to see several White Storks nesting on the church towers. Back at the cottage later we were again entertained by Swallows, House Martins and Swifts while we ate. We also had two Black Kites, a Booted Eagle and Lesser Kestrels flying over the house and five Azure winged Magpies and two Woodchat Shrikes visited the garden.
