This morning, near our urbanization La Montañosa in Hondón de las Nieves, our first Orphean Warbler of the year. Sitting on a Palm tree, on a little spot for temporarily housing trees like that, and singing it´s “Blackbird” song. The bird is in Spanish called Curruca Mirlona and that looks like the Dutch word for Blackbird: Merel.
