An expeditious visit to El Hondo Visitor’s Centre and its southern boundary today yielded the first Barn Swallows of the year amongst the high numbers of Crag Martins. Also, had 2 Tree Sparrow, 2 Stone Curlew, 6 Booted Eagle and 4 Common Crane along with the more usual species.
