Smashing day out being guided by Bryan Thomas out on the plains. 83 species in total. Highlights included 20 Great Bustard, Pin-tailed Sandgrouse, five species of Lark (Skylark, Crested, Thekla, Calandra and Greater Short-toed), three species of Wheatear (Northern, Black and Black-eared), Western Bonelli’s Warbler, Black Terns and Black Kite, along with multiple Golden Orioles, Bee-eaters and Shrikes.
