The Clot showed great close views of Red-crested Pochard and Little Grebe, with Marbled Duck obviously doing very well here. 22 species recorded here.
Santa Pola Salinas gave views of Greater Flamingo and Slender-billed Gull flying over at regular intervals. Just 10 species recorded here.
El Pinet showed lots of Avocet and Slender-billed Gull, with Common Tern showing only on the islands further towards to coastline. The best views here were of Collared Pratincole, which were in small numbers initially, but continued to appear throughout the visit. 13 species recorded here.
