Today we counted at least twelve Turtle Doves. Also lots of Bee-eater, Iberian Grey Shrike, Glossy Ibis, Red Legged Partridge, Hoopoe. Several pools of water about, on one pool beside the salinas there were six waders but we couldn’t stop to investigate. One of the fields along the lane to San Felipe was covered in water had a few Black-winged Stilts on it. Many Swifts and Swallows flying over the fields at PFT along with a couple of Booted Eagle and a Marsh Harrier.
