First time we have been out for a few days due to other commitments, on our usual route we were lucky to see a google eye (Stone Curlew) and the Rollers have come back to the monastery. Just had to take more photos as if we didn´t have enough already! A few raptors flying over monastery track and a Green Woodpecker was sitting in a distant tree. All the agriculture going on along the parallel track, I think has spoiled it, only Little Egret and Kestrel there. Coming back along by the Salinas, in a puddle by the roadside, were a pair of Shelduck and their family of about six or seven chicks.
