Some birds seen in the past week. Buzzard, Booted Eagle, Red-legged Partridge, Stonechat, Goldfinch and a flock of Linnets at the pallet road. Black Redstart on the monastery, a flock of Jackdaw on the cables opposite the monastery, Iberian Grey Shrike, Sardinian Warbler, 20 Parakeet on wires at the end of the monastery track. A Kingfisher on the wall of the canal at the parallel track and a Marsh Harrier flying over the reeds. At PFT another Kingfisher on the canal wall by the bridge, Cattle Egret, Little Egret, Magpie, Green Sandpiper and more raptors. Driving along the straight of PFT, a Sparrowhawk kept flying low and landing on the ground. Each time I moved forward it would just fly a few yards and land again, eventually it flew over head.
