A visit to the North Gate at El Hondo was a chilly start at minus 1. As the thermals warmed up I could count at least 10 Booted Eagles up at the same time. 7 Marsh Harriers were quartering the reeds, and 8 Cranes flew over. I just missed a Great Spotted Eagle fly by.
