This message was received from David Brooks on 5th November. “I’m an occasional visitor from Norfolk who has been in contact in previous years. I wondered if a juvenile Alpine Accentor seen at Guadalest today was an unusual record ?”
Malcolm responded saying – “no, but it’s a good find – no doubt sent down by the cold weather up north – worth looking out for at all high spots”.
David has now sent in this photo of the bird. Click on the photo for a larger image.
