This fantastic Roller was seen just west of Los Urrutias this morning. Other notable sightings were 5 Spotted Flycatchers, 1 male Pied Flycatcher, 2 Stone-Curlew, 13 Bee-eater overhead, 5 Turtle Dove and an Iberian Grey Shrike.
Also of note was this Death’s-Head Hawkmoth which was found squashed on the road not far from my apartment.
