Spent the day doing the triple header of Maigmó, Monnegre and Alcoi yesterday (Tuesday).
Nothing unusual but loads of the usual stuff. Woodlarks singing their hearts out, Firecrests, Crested Tits, Crossbills and Griffon Vultures were all added to the trip lists. Monnegre alone provided great views of Melodious Warbler, Blue Rock Thrush, Crag Martin, Black Wheatear, Black-eared Wheatear and a super showy Rock Bunting – the best views that I’ve ever had of this species!
