Last year we introduced a new section on the website to record sighting of birds which we would not normally expect to see on the Costa Blanca at this time of year. We would invite members and other birders to report any relevant sightings to the club for inclusion in this year’s report.
The relevant months are December, January and February.
The relevant species are Cory’s Shearwater, Squacco Heron, Little Bittern, Quail, Scops Owl, House Martin, Barn Swallow, Whiskered Tern and Night Heron
