Today I did a walk along the river in Rojales. The river has flooded from its normal channel, but still within its banks. Not an area for waders but today I saw 2 Snipe, 2 Wood Sandpipers, Greenshank, 18 Black Winged Stilts, 3 Green Sandpipers, 6 Kentish Plovers, 1 Little Stint, several Water Pipits and a Booted Eagle.
