A trip to the Visitor Centre at El Hondo was cut short because, like a fool, I forgot my mozzie spray. I did however manage to see the season’s first Woodchat Shrikes near the car park. Also saw (and heard) a few chuntering Great Reed Warblers and a single Collared Pratincole.
