San Felipe, PFT – Greta Owen

A field of Yellow Wagtail at San Felipe, several Cattle Egret and a large flock of Glossy Ibis. There was a pair of Marsh Harrier fighting over, or passing a rabbit, three dark phased Booted Eagle, one light phase, two Iberian Grey Shrike with their pink breast showing up lovely, two Common Buzzard, three Kestrel and what we believe to be a Merlin (we have seen it there before), and Bee-eater every which way you looked, all at PFT. A lot of Red-legged Partridge at pallet road and Greenfinch. Quite a nice morning out.
