North Gate at El Hondo never disappoints! Such a privilege to spend time at the heart of this fabulous reserve. Headline acts included 300+ Whiskered Tern in one flock, 3 Curlew Sandpiper, 8 Spoonbill, all eight species of Heron with a supporting cast featuring Bee-eater, Woodchat Shrike, Cuckoo, Hoopoe, Black and Little Terns.
